Hey,

For the past two days I’ve been trying to find good, stable timings for my memory. I’m not sure what ICs are on my sticks, but I suspect Hynix DJR or CJR (I’m not 100% sure, so I’ve added a screenshot from Thaiphoon Burner). At one point I thought I had a stable setup, but after seeing ~74 ns latency in AIDA64 I decided to push the timings further (now I can’t find a stable OC again).

The timings you can see in the ZenTimings screenshot have already been lowered, but I still can’t reach proper stability. Running TestMem5 with the ABSOLUT config, I start getting a lot of errors after about an hour – mainly Test 0, and sometimes 1–2 errors in Test 3 and 4 (MirrorMove).

I’m already at 1.45 V DRAM voltage and I’d rather not go higher. I tried lowering tRFC but still get errors (and I think my tRFC is already high). I also tried playing with ProcODT as suggested in that OC Guide (previously tried 48/53.3 ohms), but lowering it seems to make things less stable, and I’m not sure what a safe value would be. I also tried OCCT mem test and y-cruncher VT3, but those tests pass without errors.

I’m not trying to achieve extreme OC – I just want a good, stable OC. Any advice on what settings I should tweak would be much appreciated.
