RIP the best mouse ever made. I started playing PC games on this somewhere around 20 to 22 years ago. Im estimating that time based on my steam account, which is right about to hit 20 years old. Im pretty sure I had this first. Definitely no younger than 20 years.
It has been across a few PCs, laptops etc. This one thing remained constant all throughout. From roller coaster tycoon and starcraft 1 to playing the new bf6 demo a couple weekends ago. The wire finally failed – the mouse cutting out when I make fast movements. The sliders on the bottom have been shitty for probably a decade.
I think im gonna disassemble it and mount it in a frame in some kinda exploded view like I've seen posted. I will honor its legacy. I was tempted to buy the legendary- but for 200 dollars chillllll. I think I (or really, mom) paid like 20 or 30 bucks for the OG at best buy back in the day.
RIP to this absolute legend. They really dont make shit like they used to.
