Corsair cx650 rma replacement i got last week. Its 12v rail is at 11.5 and underload it goes till 11.2 minimum. Pc restarts randomly. Previous power supply was doing exactly the same thing. Is this really power supply cause my pc to restart or something else ? Do you think i got a bad power supply in replacement ?
