I'm not saying it'll work against a group of sweaty level 10's, but I've tested it enough times that I consider it reliable with half decent teammates. Learned the smoke from Twistzz – it lands deep in the tunnels. It leaves T's with 2 choices: commit to rushing out through the molly, or retreat behind smoke. This can be countered by them smoking the molly but by the time you get to door, just be ready to launch some bullets. Worst case, you'll at least get 1 and maybe some damage. Molly can be replaced with a nade or flash.
