Which mag do you use with QQ9? Which is better & why?

I've went back and forth between the 10mm 30 round and the 45 round mags. Which do y'all use?

Which do you think is best, and why?

I hate having to reload as often so I usually go with the 45 round, but I'd like to hear opinions on the 10mm 30 also.
