This gun doesn't need more damage, it can one-shot until around 30., For the boss fight the body shot damage is the more important stat, so you don't need CHF.
The rate of fire is fine, so you can put on recoil springs. Use Double Tap – Double Time.
And the buffer weight stock doesn't make the ADS walking speed completely unusable.
If you stack all of those, the crazy recoil of CHF + Rapid Fire is gone. Buy Deadshot, then just mash both of your triggers at the same time on controller. If you do not have an issue with the fact that it is semi auto, this gun is more efficient than the mealstrom. No aiming required.
