So i just undervolt and overclock my 13600k a little (5200mhz) and i notice that on cpuz and hwmonitor it seems to lock at 5200mhz while in task manager my cpu spd seems to fluctuate a lot and also seem to run slower. Might sound dumb but which one shows my real speed ? Im new to overclock sorry.
