My 7700 was running a little too hot for my liking and I decided to undervolt it.

So I followed the tutorial on YT. Ryzen Master > Curve Optimiser > Per Core > -30 > Start Optimising. After an hour or so, it applied -30 to all cores, for the guy on YT the numbers were between -20 and -26. Is it usual for 7700 to just straight up work with -30 on all cores, or mine is just built different?

It seems stable. I ran Cinebench, played Hellvers, edited some stuff in Premiere, no crashes, nothing.

Should I try going lower? Can you damage a CPU by going too low?
