after I tried again to recover my account (5550509557) on August 25, via ingame using the previously linked email and using a frequently used device, h4cker still active to attack my gmail, I think my complaint this time will be rejected again, h4ckers are one step ahead of security systems, to all players, please be careful with fake customer support, genuine customer service with sender @pubgmobile.com otherwise it is fake, don't trust any email from helpshift*com, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
btw, my account was stolen by Chinese h4cker team my nickname changed to Chinese text, best wishes for Tencent can catch them and put them in jail.
