my account 5550509557 was hacked by fake customer support (chinese h4cker team), I have very accurate proof of account ownership but the system always rejects it.
I sent a complaint to PUBG Mobile but it was ignored.
I try recover the account via recovery request , real customer support service@pubgmobile.com , in-game account recovery, and all requests results REJECTED
I think I feel there is something strange with h4ckers from China, and the account theft is very systematic, I am very positive about Tencent Chinese products, I hope I can recover my account again.
