matchmaking? im surprised by how much premier matchmaking is solo friendly compared to competitive,my competitive games a way more harder then premier games,majority of the matches in premier im matched against other solo or duos,very rare a 3 stack and only once a 5 stack in around 50 games,the most fun matches are when all 10 players are solos,so yeah matchmaking in premier is pretty good

smurfs? yes i encounter a couple of smurfs,maybe 10% of all my games had a smurfs(either on my team or enemy team),nothing major but i will be good if they are addressed,also there is no options for smurfing in report menu,i report those players with other hacking.

cheaters?i did not encounter a single cheater,all my matches all played between 15000 and 20000 rank,yes im aware there is alot of cheaters on higher ranks lobbys,but here at my rank zero cheaters

map voting?this is the biggest problem for me,majority of my matches end up on dust2 or mirage,i think i have 0 nuke and inferno games,2 train games,couple of ancient and overpass but everthing else is mirage and dust2,i dont feel the power of my vote as a solo player,i think this system work good as a 5 stack but as a solo player its not good.

my suggestions? i would like to see more rewards in premier,once u get the medal for 25 wins there is not much to work for,maybe even some challenges like this(win 3 premier games on nuke) this way maybe people will try to play other maps

conclusion
im definitely enyoing premier so much more then competitive,its solo friendly,working towards higher ranks is satisfying,majority of my teammates are friendly(very rare somebody is to loud or talk to much),just a little to much of dust2 and mirage for my liking,overall it's easily 8,5/10
