See this? Make the Winchester do this as an alt fire mode instead of flip the scope off. And let it take a suppressor. The gun "underperforms" but you put it on Miramar, the land foliage forgot, where you can see people from eight billion miles away. Put it on Erangel or Taego where a lot of fights happen at shorter ranges and it would do better.
EDIT: For clarification, this would be a hip fire only thing, that limits the effective range, but gives you a potentially devastating option for short range.
