PUBG corp:
We want to create an environment where a wider range of weapon combinations can coexist. Instead of players feeling like they must use certain weapons, we're aiming for a gunplay ecosystem where every weapon type feels like a viable choice.
In such an environment, we expect to see a wider range of engagements and more dynamic gameplay overall. Just like with weapon choice, our goal isn't to eliminate long-range fights, but to build upon them. We want to support a broader set of strategies and playstyles, including close-quarters combat, so that the game feels more flexible and varied.
If you see a panzer on the ground in a CQC situation, you basically have to use it. There's just no counter to the panzer. Even the last guy had a secondary panzer and would have killed me if he had used it. It's funny (in a sad way) that PUBG corp doesn't see this a meta in need of a change where every weapon feels like a viable choice.
