Did the flare gun super air drop gave this vehicle? Lost another drop but then I saw this vehicle for the first time in the game.

Again, super annoying to find a rare flare gun just to lose the drop yet again. It did not misfired and got "super air drop on the way" message but I didn't see any chutes.
