My ram is a DDR4 Kingston Fury 3200Mhz, the specs says its supposed to run at latencies 16-20-20 and 1.35V. If i use the XMP profile of my motherboard it sets to 3200Mhz 16-18-18 while also saying that lower numbers can cause the system to get unstable (which it does, if i turn on xmp my pc starts to randomly crash and BSOD)
im looking for help setting up these values manually so i can use my ram at 3200 and not at 2400, since the specs only says 16-20-20 but i still dont know what to put at the tRAS and tRFC fields.
My motherboard is a PRO DDR4 H61M-E and i use an i3-12100F if that helps.
