For anyone curious who wants to compare or advice me/get advice from me here are some of my results
Cinebench R23 : 24574 score. I have 650e-e motherboard so sadly no ECLK to push it properly beyond. This score is also with -40 CO, which is not my stable settings. Generally to pass AIDA64 etc I need -30, but I actually spent weeks finding out my perfect stability score, multiple 24 hours stress tests and TM5 1Usmus was really good at spotting any instability for me so I ended up with -10 -5 -5 -10 -10 -10 -15 -15 for me daily bulletproof stability ^^
For my DDR5 I have 7200 cl34 kit, which tbh is nothing special but was very cheap when I bought it. To run it at speeds I am doing I need 1.7V, but I have fan on my rams so temps don't go above 50c on stress test. Once again I run multiple 24hr stress test so its bulletproof stable without any issue. For the sake of benchmarks I could push it higher, for example I can boot 6600, but I could not be bothered as difference would be minimal. Not much luck doing above 8000, but I am not really good with voltages for that frequency and after spending weeks of stress testing I cannot be bothered even trying. Maybe in future with different hw.
Regarding my GPU I own top places in 3d mark. I have Gigabyte Eagle OC which have flashed BIOS from Aorus 400W card. My temps are very low, probably also because I limit my voltage in games at 0.97. For benchmarks I do 1-1.02V depends on benchmark as that gives me highest score.

3rd place in FireStrike Ultra https://www.3dmark.com/fs/33657705 I could probably take 1st place if I go with one of the older drivers, should be enough to push me few points beyond, but I am not in rush with it for now
