GTX 1070 not boosting correctly. The only way to see anywhere near 1000mV is to drop core clock to -400. Any overclock like for example, randomly selected +160 puts the voltage low like 743mV. PerfCap reason idle. Under gaming and stress test. Tried DDU+ new drivers. Games run bad.
