Hi members, I'm new to posting on Reddit and also new to building custom pcs so a bit of help would be much appreciated.
* Location: UK ( most likely I'll get everything from Amazon)
*Budget: My budget is £900 maximum (as per August 2025) and planning to buy next week or definitely by the end of the month, so again will appreciate if I don't get suggestions like, you could get cpu "X" for another £50 extra or you could get a gpu with better frames for an extra £50 or wait until next GPU gets released from and, etc. Would be happy to see suggestions that don't remove any parts( replacement is fine if it keeps the £900 figure and and ideally offer more performance for the £).
*I'm only planing to play on 1080p or hopefully on 1440p medium settings, and I my goal is to have a decent frame rate (not playing planing to play on high or ultra settings, unless the game allows a decent frame rate).
*As a monitor I got a 2024 42' 4k Oled Lg TV that can do 120hz so I'll stick to it as I'm happy with what it delivers.
* Also not interested about RGB, custom/ water cooling etc. Just basic best performance / £.
* I'm not a gamer, I'm playing mostly during weekends (on a Lenovo Legion 5 , Ryzen 5800hs, rtx 3600, 32gb ram), and to be honest I got only three games that I enjoy atm: Fortnite, GTA 5, unreal tournament 3 and occasionally Cyberpunk. ( Also maybe worth mentioning I'm 39yo and baby coming soon, so definitely won't have much time for gaming, hence the budget). Thank you and I'll be really grateful for your opinions, regarding compatibility or price/performance on my list of parts.
