The new CS2 update replacing every viewmodel animation in the game, reloading, inspecting, firing, everything. It goes WAY deeper than that, the entire animation system, called AnimGraph has been replaced with AnimGraph2, and over time EVERY animation in the game will be completely remade from the ground up. Valve is cooking indeed.
