I have tried them all. Every tuning imaginable. 6000/2000 — 6200/2067 — 6400/2133 & 2200 — 7600 & 8000. BUT THIS RIGHT HERE, feels the best in Call of Duty and Fortnite too. No funny stutters, no random frame drops, silky smooth. If COD is your game, feel free to give this a try. This is a binned expo kit, but I have seen others get close to if not exactly the same with other kits that are way less money. The IOMMU setting gave me an additional 20 avg fps. It was like removing the governor on a go-kart as a kid. You will see and hear others say this and that about higher speeds but for me and my system, this feels amazing. Passes any test you throw at it, Karhu, OCCT, TM5 w/3d profile, just steady, stable and consistent.
GPU temps do not exceed 52c, fan speed minimum set at 40%
COD AVG FPS 290 – Low 5th 246 – Low 1st 225 @ 1440p w/No Upscaling
Just wanted to share, and hopefully someone can get equal or better performance. Cheers!

Looks good, I did my own benchmarks on bo6 and on 50 series latest driver it benefits from being on. About an extra 20-30 FPS in MP and Warzone
You can also disable TSME in bios which is some sort of memory encryption and core isolation in Windows for even more performance. If 6200 or higher memory clock in 1:1 uclk:mclk mode feels slower for you(or stuttery) than 6000 thats because its unstable. If it was in 1:2 mode (which most mobos default to if you set higher than 6000 memory) then it was stable but you get a big latency penalty with 1:2.
