People in these comments are failing to realize how amazing this is for archimedia missions. A weapon that might struggle in your week can now by modded to be useable. It's an immediate buff for mid weapons. It's not for your broken nukor build, it's for some b tier pistol that can be made viable with a few forma.

So many people who don’t like using faction mods. You realize you can make multiple loadouts and presets for your weapons which you can change from the navigation screen while in the launch timer right? Literally takes half a second. Most my weapons I have presets for corpus grineer and infected. And I just swap them when I start a mission. Don’t even have to enter my arsenal. Takes two clicks. And faction mods, while not always necessary, are massive damage buffs. Especially if you’re gonna run a status effect build because of how it double dips.

Isn't Murmur faction like infested ? I one shot them pretty easily like every other factions in the game, SP endgame even Archemedian thing (forgot the name) without using any faction mod. Only faction i would care about are Grineers since we need Corrosive against them and it's still annoying to kill

Faction mods < Universal damage mods
If they could be given their own slots like arcanes or Auras/stances or exilus THEN we could talk….but in a world where EVERY slot counts and for most things theres only 8….."faction" damage mods……waste of endo, credits, ducats, AND for the insane a waste of platinum! I'll take a galvanized, umbra, or universal primed damage mod thank you~
