My replacement motherboard for my Lenovo P51 must be a revision as now I am locked to 55-60W of power (my other one would only throttle on over heat). My temps are 50's at ldle and mid 70s to occasional 80-81 blips. It immediately goes into PL1 limits in Throttlestop.
I ran across this: https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/guide-unlock-the-ec-tdp-limit-of-your-low-power-u-series-intel-cpu.297210/ and it looks like it would do what I need. Anyone use it. The UEFI Shell link doesn't work anymore.
