Yeah I got the same email after reporting (even with the same screwed formatting). Basically they don’t bear any responsibility for the hacks enabled through their own game on their own paid service and on their own operating system.

Is there an explanation for why it doesn’t violate it? I’d think that anything where someone else can take control of your system without consent would be a massive violation of service. Contact the customer service hotline instead, maybe you’ll get better than an automated response?

i remember someone suggesting playing on a non-admin account for mw2 to avoid getting RCE’d. would it work here?

Considering all the reviews I’ve reported that they say aren’t a violation and how fast those replies come back, I’m pretty sure AI is handling their moderation at this point.
