We’ve known for almost a full year that the final character of Guilty Gear Strive’s third season is set to be their first guest character, Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
After the release of newcomer Unika about a month ago, that means Lucy’s turn is next and Arc System Works have shared a first look of her with us today.
There’s no official word yet on when exactly Lucy will be releasing, but the image was shown in conjunction with confirmation that there will be a developer session panel at the July 4th Anime Expo in Los Angeles talking about how Lucy ended up joining Guilty Gear Strive.
Before that, however, we have a Arc System Works showcase later this week which promises news on current titles, meaning we may see some footage of Lucy for Guilty Gear Strive there already.

Although not publicly confirmed yet, Arc System Works faced leaks a few months ago which seemed to confirm another season in the works for Guilty Gear Strive, so it’s likely that Lucy won’t be the final character for the game.
