first time oc’ing (any tips or reccomendations will be appreciated)

i tested it at 3800 but it was unstable and i do not know how to (would want to reach it though)
tested games, tm5, occt stability sse, avx2 with this one and was stable i also tried lowering voltages but it would give me bsods
