So, I got good performance. But I like to squeeze out every bit of it. So, on to it!
Freshly re-installed Windws 11
Cinebench 2024 installed & ready to go
PBO2 Tuner installed & Ready to go
I will run Cinebench, and then I will try change XFR PBO to Mobo limits and Scalar to x2 and so on. Any tips is HIGHLY appreciated!
CPU – Ryzen 7 5700X3D
Settings: CPPC & CPPC Preferred both disabled | C-states Enabled | Cool n Quiet Disabled
XFR & OC Settings: PPT/TDC/EDC is default (Disabled) | SOC Uncore is enabled (So the FCLK n shit is always running at max speed (1600)
Memory settings:

A 3.000 MT/s profile but increased the memclk manually to 3200 MT/s
MCLK, FCLK & UCLK all matching at 1600
