Awhile back I made a post with my trauma team helmet and I said that I was making it for a group cosplay for Kansas City Comic Con and here it is!
Everything we are wearing is custom made by me and painted by my brother. All 3 outfits took ~3 months of works to 3D print, sand, put together, wire up, and paint everything.
Couple of fun things, the walkie talkies on our chest actually worked. We wore ear pieces so we could talk to each other easily on the con floor. Also on our chests we each had Charlie plexer LED boards that would display TRAUMA TEAM across it.
Im super happy with how it all turned out and just wanted to share!
