We’re now less than a week away from the end of Street Fighter 6 Season 2 with the release of Elena as the final DLC of the second year, and she’ll be bringing some new content with her too.
Capcom has now detailed the method to find and unlock Elena as a new master in Street Fighter 6’s World Tour mode.
The first step to meet the capoeira fighter is to simply clear Chapter 7-2 in the main story, which you’ve had almost two years to do at this point.
Next, players must return to their Hangout and select the new Animal Paradise location found at her new Reniala Remains stage that’ll be coming out with the character.
From there, you’ll be able to accept new missions from Elena and learn her fighting style plus special moves that can be used for your avatar.
Those who max out Elena’s mastery level will be able to unlock her classic Outfit 2 that originated from Street Fighter 3 without having to cough up any Fighter Coins.

Elena is set to launch next week on June 5 alongside Street Fighter 6’s big Season 3 update as well as the Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game.
The Season 3 patch is already confirmed to make some system changes to the core gameplay, and we already know at least a few of them that are coming.
Perfect Parries are being changed to require additional inputs in order to achieve the screen freeze animation, and teching throws on defense will also net players new benefits.
Capcom is also implementing some new quality of life features into Street Fighter 6 that we’ll likely be hearing more about in the coming days.
On top of everything else next week, a Street Fighter 6 2nd Anniversary event is set to take place as well.
