cs2 weapons historical facts and uh gaming but also bullpups aug

  1. the trigger thing is a myth based exclusively on the fact that the Steyr AUG has a bad-feeling trigger. most other mass produced bullpups (MDR, Tavor, etc) have significantly better triggers

  2. F88 austyrs based on the Austrian aug are designed to be easily switched from left to right side firing, which are the bullpups you use in a majority of these images.

  3. Bad ergonomics… more untraditional. I’ve got a Springfield hellion and the ergonomics are great… the trigger does suck though. 8-10 lb pull at the end of a linkage 🤢

  4. They're good for cqb, but the hold being so close together makes it less stable. (Aug can actually be configured so it ejects from the other side)

  5. If a bullpup means to have the mag behind the trigger than doesn't that mean a pistol is a bullpup? Like if you look at it the mag is behind the trigger.

  6. i think the only good bullpup weapon is the P90 because it can be used ambidextrous due to the casings ejecting out the bottom

  7. if you're left handed, do you use your right hand to aim or the left one? im left handed and i use my right

  8. Idk why I'm listening to you but maybe because I like it when people don't know anything about guns lol

  9. Ive used the Australian armys standard issue EF88 austeyr and the only issue with i personally have is the trigger is very stiff and hard to pull down as it has a 2-stage trigger mechanism (pull down halfway for semi auto and pull all the way for full auto). They also have right and lefthanded versions of the rifle for lefties.

  10. 1- that is a matter of training. If you are trained on a Bullpup, you are used to it.

2- mostly a civialian issue. Military standart triggers are ASS as it is, so for regular armed forces (the ones that are actually intererested in the concept of a Bullpup to ease logistics) it doesnt matter.

3- hasn't really been a problem in the past where you were forced to shoot right handed. Not that most modern BPs arent ambidex to begin with.

  11. not every country can afford Morden bullpup weapons,
countries like Israel, India, Austria & Australia using bullpup rifles
France Replacing their FAMAS with HK416 is another story

  12. Ok the last one is not valid anymore. For example, the Desert Tech MDR is Ambidextrous. Bullpups are slowly getting better. The only bullpup that has this problem I can think of is the SA80. Which is being phased out of the UK Military by the L403a1 which is basically just an AR Platform Rifle. Because that gun sucks ass.

  13. So the first argument is just not true, yes the average soldier will take longer to reload a bullpup but this is due to the lack of training

The second is true this is one of the only downside of bullpups

And the third, you just need a bullpup with a ambidextrous casing ejection LIKE THE AUG THAT YOU USE DURING THE WHOLE VIDEO

  14. This video is truly infuriating as all these issues can be disproven as people in the comments have pointed out
