Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves was released recently for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and Xbox Series. Fighting game enthusiasts have been figuring out the game ever since they got their hands on it.
Needless to say, the Combonauts recently released a video that provides a demonstration of Terry Bogard’s combo capabilities within that game. There are a lot of flashy sequences, but it also does a good job of showcasing some neat tricks that Terry has access to.
Of course, to do these sort of combos, your execution really has to be on point. Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is the type of game in which players can cancel their special moves and then continue the combo into different moves, but it can be tricky to get used to.
If this video is anything to go by, Terry is perhaps at his most dangerous at mid range. With proper spacing, Terry can actually combo from his specials like Burn Knuckle and Power Wave, especially if he can secure a counter hit with these sort of moves.
Additionally, Terry is actually capable of continuing combos after hitting with his supers. To do this, he simply just needs to hit them while they’re high above the ground during his juggles.
Overall, it ends up being a video packed with a lot of interesting combos and setups that could potentially be incorporated into real matches.
