After tightening memory timings and stability testing for two weeks, I decided to focus on CPU OC.
Started with -15 CO and no boost and now I am at -30 CO and +25Mhz boost, with PBO disabled. For some reason, without the +25 clock boost, the Cinebench score was sub 1300.
Passed two instances of corecycler (6.5 hours), OCCT 1 hour CPU test with corecycling and Anta777 Extreme, But Anta ABSOLUT threw out 2 errors (Die temp reached 89C during the test).
I have played more than 10 hours of AC Shadows without any crashes or freezing.
I am not looking to push the clock higher because of diminishing returns against higher temps. Tried +200 with PBO enabled and hit 92C on CPU die during Cinebench.
I know my VSOC is too high and have to dial it down. The motherboard's default is 1.25V and during memory stress testing it maxed at 1.291V, so I gave it 1.3V to be on the safe side for CO tuning.
– Can I disregard ABSOLUT errors or should I try higher voltages for memory since I have active cooling on the DIMMs?
