They need to bring back Danger Zone. Ill say it a million fucking times.
Do you have any information about the movement issue? (Surfing not working, bhop being terrible)
How much of that 82mil are from bot farmers? If they are buy 5 Passes at a time and running 40-50 accounts…..
I miss seeing the overwatch videos from content creators and just having that as a way to help negate cheaters. I also miss the old dynamic of csgo. Such as the communitys desire to play the gane to play the game. Now it feels like if you dont find a cheater in your lobby, you get team mates who only care about skin investments. And it doesnt feel like the devs care as much about the casual players. But rather the pro scene and skins and making as much money as possible. I could be wrong in this feeling, but it feels like a cash grab at times while others its just guving enough to the community to keep you
Everyone trying so fucking hard to win gets old. Then people grief. We used to have servers to go to have fun. Now everyone is a sweaty miserable fuck
L take on DZ. Comp wasn't even a "game mode" for most of CS's history. The CS has always been sustained by community content including custom game modes, maps, and even skins. Everything people think of as something they like about CS has origins in modding and the idea that Danger Zone just "isn't core CS" shows how myopic your perspective is.
What Valve still needs to do:
#1 Improve the anti-cheat system (yea it does a fair Job against rage cheaters but needs to improve against legit/semi rage cheaters)
#2 Fine-tune optimization (input lag, peekers advantage, subtick is compensating for high ping wayyy too much).
#3 Optimizing Train.
#4 Keep fighting bot farming more efficiently.
#5 Fixing the community server browser.
#6 Bringing back Retake and make FFA Deathmatch more similar to community servers (the health shot and forced reload just aren’t it).

I’m taking a break from the game till they attempt to fix the cheating. Also your player base is not correct. All those players you are counting are actually bots farming points.
I don't even care about content I just want the game to feel buttery and snappy like GO
The reason is that there was nothing like csgo. Valve replaced it with something thats only a tiny part of csgo.

wingman palais should be permeant and remove overpass and Nuke from wingman permenatly until a rework. They are a sore thumb with the 2 lane method of wingman.
Trash should take their place. fantastic map layout.

April Hawaii vacation, Major in June… then they probably have another month long vacation in summer… so I assume a somewhat big update is coming when, early October? lmao. Let's hope it's more than just another armory pass case and collection.

How is that big update with fixes and new maps and operations doing? Matter of fact, how is VAC holding up? Oooooh that's right, sorry, it's almost like the complainers actually had a point if you payed attention but the hype train and fixing the skins of all things were more important to the community. 🙂 Why aren't y'all happy? The new update had new skins! Isn't that the main focus of CS now? No? strange. 🙂 But don't worry, Valve is hard at work faking good reviews of the game while deleting bad ones, genuinely, look it up, there's a video about it. But what do I know, that's just a complainers conspiracy. 🙂

"Game modes" you mean the custom servers, the servers that made the community feel alive and arent getting any support? I'd play just as much cusrom servers as official. The game feels less polished, MM and ranks still suck ass, still have performance issues, old maps and mode still missing, I still hate the floaty movement, and gameplay still feels less responsive. They couldn’t even bother adding some community maps or remove major stickers. However, I still enjoy the game, but it could be so much better.
The game has so much potential for good new era. But I just think the devs nowadays are just after the money…

Valve developers are the worst idk how they get paid
they should add something that gets you playing other than your rank and your weekly drop…give us something like daily missions or come up with stuff…the game is just liefeless like you said
