Actually, two people survived head shots, one was point blank revolver from his wife(this was intentional) and the other was shot multiple times in the head, both lived from the incidents.

Some people have titanium inserts in their skull, so techinally they have a chance to bounce 30-06 AP.

I think you could also survive if you got hit in a non lethal area for example the chin, but you would die thanks to blood loss from the wound

I heard of an officer who was able to fire 3 rounds into a suspects face and the suspect survived this was at traffic stop
You know,head doesn't mean brain,so a shot to your jaw/mouth area also counts as a "headshot"
