How you can told that Cache is broken, when it absolutely nice, that its about skill, movement and brain.
If you are good, you can jump long jump on Ancient on heaven, if you are good you can jump on short from window on Mirage, if you are good, you can jump on the roof on Inferno, you can wallbang on every map if you have game sense.
