Premier Season 2 has started, with Vertigo vertigone and Train added to the CS2 competitive map pool. The M4A4 has seen a price reduction, the MP9, MP6, & MP5 have been nerfed, and much much more. Finally, CS2 Premier is shaping up to be THE place to play competitive Counter-Strike.

They shouldnt just "prioritise" 5 Stack v 5 Stack they should fking ban it that you play against randos as a 5 stack. Almost every fking game I play with my duo I play against a 5 Stack and every fking time I can "earn" like 100 Points and loose 350. Its just not very motivating to play like this. The system is just broken I mean just because they decide to play with someone who has like a 5k lower Rating I get punished if my team of randoms cant go well against a team that communicates good. And yes I always try to be communicative but if the others on my team arent the same its just super hard and frustrating. I mean they shouldn restrict 5 stacks. They should be allowed to play with someone who has no Rank I dont care, but the fking system thinks they have 1 "low-skilled" player so I should win easy without taking into consideration that they are a 5 stack, and that just fking annoys me.

The greatest thing about Season 2 is easily the Famas buff. I NEVER touched it because it felt like I could never hit what I was shooting at. It felt like I was just not shooting projectiles. Now, with the buff, I'm hitting headshots and am able to get the Famas and Armor with 3k on force buy rounds. I love it.

why did it take so long you ask? Well they where all busy doing nothing, especially not fixing cheaters…not even caring and people still just throw money at this shit.
What if instead of decreasing the M4’s price to buff CT side they buffed he rifles to bring them in line with the AK47?
I get the idea of the "5-stack restriction" but its not JUST 5-stacks. It's you cannot queue with people AT ALL if you're on your 9th placement. It's incredibly frustrating. I get the idea, really. They don't want people being carried into much higher ranks by cheaters, smurfs, or just better friends on placements since thats when there is the MOST variance in your rating. It just sucks in execution though because you'll be playing with your friends then you gotta go play with randoms just because you won 9/10 games.
Not being able to 5 stack with "mixed" ranks is so stupid. Before placement being 1k ish apart and you already can't queue, smurfs are not-usable due to horrible trust factor just placing you into blatant cheater lobbies.

I want Vertigo back. I think taking out overplayed maps should be the goal with Premier, not maps that are underplayed. Every match has just been Dust, Mirage or Inferno. It never stops.

No… 5 que is NOT oriented around 5 vs 5…. When i did my 10 wins solo i met 5 man stack ALOT and my team was mostly 1-3 solo players and 2 that que together. Anyway i cannot play with ANY rank anymore. Around 10k elo it seems like no one can que together no matter what the elo was last season. 70 percent of my friend list just stopped playing cause this.
The worst crime ever ngl. I miss my cobbler. 😢 But on another note I find it strange that you got cursor when you aimed on the CT so you couldn't shoot. We could begin to investigate you perhaps. JK mate ofc it was a bit funny watching at least.
Good one overall but rip vertigo I might be the only one mourning ya. And added to that I would rather play vertigo instead of train. Train brings back bad stuff imo. I mean it was a rough one to not have teamplay or real communication working in game and it was ofc true for all maps but train was not a map for me if not awp as ct basically.
Seeing all these changes makes me want to play the game again because I do play it everyone now and then because I really miss CSGO. Other than that, WarOwl covering every update is so entertaining to watch.
