Good thing you play solo. Vets try to help but they often ruin the experience of new players by not letting them play the game and learn the mechanics and one shotting even bosses.
Warframe can be played start to finish completely solo. Actually a lot if not most of the content is balanced for solo play. If you feel underpowered just go back to your ship and upgrade your build or swap to maxed gear.
