Why? Because Valve knows kids will bwg their mom for 10,USD, so that they can open some cases. They know that kids use their allowance on this.
Valve has been an awful company for 10 years now, who's sole focus has been to milk cs skins.

Tbh, i feel like cs2 has so huge number of players thanks to bot farms, valve is doing nothing against this, it's very common nowadays to hop into dm or casual to see lobbies full of bots and getting vote kicked
Valve is definitely going to add shoe and or pants skins in CS2 within 2025. I'd actually be very surprised if they didn't. Also I feel like we will get an operation before the end of summer.
