  1. Considering they took out Overpass so soon after remaking it, I don't think Valve see the CS2 launch remakes as "new maps". So that makes me think that Inferno is on the table to be removed and have some more changes done to it like Overpass has had. So if it's two maps going out I'd bet on -Vertigo -Inferno +Train +Overpass.

  2. People don’t like change but from a gameplay perspective, ladder was absolute terrible for T’s. Was it fun to double drop on some dude? Yeah, it was. But I think the changes to new train are actually pretty good

  3. I think they tried moving heaven into old bomb… you can clip there and stand there it overlooks T main
    Mirage needs an overhaul, a post modern city slums setting would be cool…
    Don't know why they kept the decade old texture, looks terrible aside from the lighting

  4. Imo Train B site, Ivy, brown halls, new hut on Headshot are really well made. What i would add/remake is

    1) Open a hole (without ladder) in pop so that you could pop flash drop from there but if you want to go back up you have to go all the way so it would kinda be a high risk/high reward thing

    2) Add a small train in pop with ladder but open A1 Lane as well and remove the crates in front of pop. Kinda what it was in the old versions of train. This change could bring huge icon plays especially with ladder jumps to ebox.

    3) open up heaven but it would be like a balcony without rails and a small one so that it would not have unecessary bullet collisions and it could potentially have a big risk factor

    4) My last change would be controversial but i would do something with the red train to re-enable Z to mid AWP wars (an iconic play in train).

  5. Amazing rework, but can I please not get stuck on everything? You run out T mid towards E box, you get stuck on the train sticking out. You run out B you get stuck on random geometry. You run out connector, you get stuck on the bomb train. You run out ivy to old hell, you get stuck on the thin door. If they iron out the map when they add it to the pool, I see this as a potential top tier map.

  6. Mirage should leave so that the faceit players can finally learn to play other maps instead of just picking mirage 90% of the time

  7. The only maps other than vertigo that I could see getting rotated out would be inferno or mirage. I personally would want dust 2 out because of how one dimensional it is but it hasn’t been back for long enough for them to remove it, they just don’t do stuff like that (unless it’s a hot swap for overpass again lol.) I’d be pretty upset to see Anubis or Ancient swapped out.

  8. I really hope they get rid of Anubis or Mirage, but sadly I think they're gonna get rid of Inferno or Ancient.

  9. Good theory about Ancient being the other map that gets removed after the major. I personally like it, but the fact that they are trying to fix Overpass performance by removing the water, and meanwhile Ancient water stays? Says to me they are removing Ancient soon and won't bother fixing its performance until a later time when they try to bring it back.

  10. i understand the change at pop but I really wish they would try some more ladder features on map. I love nuke for its ladders, doors, verticality, high vantage points etc. I think they can be interesting and fun while not impacting the competitiveness of the map.
