On MP the AA-12 (aka Jack-12) is way better on every aspect that the Echo provides. I would argue that even the HS21 is better than the Echo and the HS21 is considered the worst shotgun by most pro and competitive players so that says a lot by itself for the Echo. On BR tho it has much better damage output than the AA-12 but ground loot HS21 can sometimes still outgun the Echo because of its quick burst firerate. So with all this being said on MP it gets outguned by any other shotgun and on BR is very below mid.
honestly i prefer more a mobility based build, no stock, short barrel and no choke, afterall i dont use the sight too much
I mean this thing is very good before the nerf, it kills in 1/2 two shots for mid range, but with addition of new guns, and later the nerf, this gun feels overshadowed because it cannot compete against meta and sometimes non meta. More worse the gun’s hipfire bullet spread is the worse among striker and jak 12.

Comp shotguns pros consider it to be the only shotgun that can compete with R9 and KRM (excluding Thunder Rounds). Your build is terrible tho.
