Clean the desk an d maybe some backlights could be cool

Depends on what you’re going for. If you want a clean, minimalist you’ve got a long way to go. But if you dig the cluttered look you are practically there.
For free: straighten out the monitor and/or lightbar (I can’t tell which is crooked), put anything that isn’t used hourly or related to your aesthetic in a box, drawer or closet.
For under $10: some 3M command strips to put the wires and power boxes on the underside of the desk. You already have some cable management features on the desk, you can make better use of them to tidy up the wires.
For around $20: you can get a solid stand to hold the laptop(s) closed and upright which will add a lot of space and clear up more clutter.
