I have a ryzen 9 3900xt all core oc at 4.5ghz at 1.3v

I'm very new to ram timings but I figured I'd give it a go idk if everything adds up right or what might can go lower clock speeds already got the max clock speed it'll do 3733mts 1:1 with the fabric at 0.9625volt if anyone can help me I'd very much appreciate
