Hello, I have a problem with overclocking my machine.

Z170 sli plus
8x2gb 2133
Watercooling 120 mins
RTX 3050
Aero cool lux 750 power supply
WarMachine gaming empire case
1tb hdd
To put you a bit in my situation, I upgraded the graphics card from one (1650 super gaming x) to an RTX 3050, both models are from MSI
When I had the GTX 1650 super just threw it into manufacturer boost mode in the woods I decided to overclock my processor while respecting the basics to do the OC that is to say reset the bios my processor was therefore at 3.5ghz
So I started the OC by taking it easy, it seems to me that I did the right things, but once I saved, then saved and booted by launching core temp and cpu z it told me that the frequency was at 800 mhz I post some photos, if anyone can help me that would be great🙏
