I have been searching power scaling or 'further' undervolted RTX 3060 12GB Desktop, but most of the search results are the Laptop GPUs.

I saw a 58% power limit RTX 3060 benchmark but it sits around 1400-1600MHz, and it consumes ~100W

edit: But there is little or no search results about underpowered RTX 3060 Desktop

There is a RTX 3080/3090 Undervolting Guide, it can stock underclock to 1750MHz @ 787mV

But I'm still curious How much the power consumption will get if it was set to:

  • below 1700 MHz @ 787mV or
  • 1750MHz @ below 700mV

I'm assuming one of these will reduce the power consumption.

Laptop GPUs have significantly different architecture compared to Desktop GPUs, but they are possible to set the power limit below 100W, from these sources; [1-RTX 3060 Laptop Power Limits] [2- RTX 4050 vs RTX 3060 Laptop (1:44 GPU Power Scaling)]

Is there a way to get below 100W power limit for RTX 3060 Desktop under full load?

Is it possible to set the Clock speed of RTX 3060 12GB desktop below the 1320MHz Base Clock?

p.s. Desktop is cheaper than Laptop in terms of price to performance, But I want to further lower my power consumption.

p.p.s. I don't mind the huge performance losses of RTX 3060, it still significantly faster than my old i5-4210U Intel HD iGPU Laptop. and I'm only playing relatively-easy-to-run old AAA games
