I’ve always been a console gamer but I want to finally buy a gaming pc. Is this a good one for someone just starting out?

I don’t want to do anything too crazy with it. I’m mostly into cozy games and I really want to get into modding Stardew Valley as I’ve already achieved 100% perfection in the base game. Would this be a good option for me?
