hi everyone, im trying to lower the frequency of my ram due to a bug in a game engine im trying to fix.
I'm specifically trying to lower the frequency of my ram from 4800hz to 2666hz in bios. Right now im afraid of simply changing the frequency multiplier to 26.66 and booting as im out of my area of expertise, and i'm afraid of bricking my PC in the process of trying to do a simple bug fix. I am horribly inexperienced working in BIOS/anything computer hardware.
I've found this video but it's not really clear to me what voltages/timings I should use if I'm trying to lower my ram frequency instead of overclock?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
