For an improvised character description "a young tattooed rockabilly looking punk with a razor sticking out of his face", I'm constantly amused that Chet "Razorface" Horaldo stuck as a party favourite. He's had a full character arc, dropping his old violent biker gang and becoming a dedicated chef at the crews cover business, and providing backup on several missions over the years.
