I recently released MapHub for free on steam: you can crate and share maps, and invite your friends in a lobby to collaboratively draw on the map to plan strategies, which can be put on overlay on the game.
It is a general purpose tool for maps for games, but it spawned from what me and my buddies needed for CS and Hunt š
