
I just can't seem to get my system stable. Here's my specs:
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900KF
Cooling: Corsair H150i Pro AIO
Mobo: Gigabyte Z390 AORUS ULTRA-CF Z390
GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2080 Ti
RAM: 64GB G.Skill Trident Z F4-3600C16-16GTZRC (4x16GB) DDR4-3600 CL16-19-19-39 1.35V
SSD: Samsung NVME 970 EVO Plus 2TB x2

What I completely don't understand is that when I set my Vcore in BIOS to 1.37V… CPU-Z and HWINFO64 shows 1.356V.
… And all of my core VIDs are requesting an absurd voltage of 1.430V+ even at idle (See second screenshot above)
Idle temps are in the 37C-50C range, which actually seems quite a bit high to be honest. I'm wondering if I need to re-paste the CPU+AIO?
Fortunately every other stress test I run is completing fine and I'm having no random crashes or bluescreens at all when I work with Photoshop / Illustrator / Blender / After Effects / 3DS Max / Etc.

Why is my BIOS set Vcore not being delivered?

Does anyone with a Gigabyte Z390 board know if there is some kind of BIOS option that I need to change in order to ensure that my voltages don't under-deliver during load?

Anyone with this chipset and CPU have any ideas on how to reach stability?
Maybe I just lost the silicon lottery here.
