Background: I've been watching benchmarks on Youtube for a long time with RTX 4090 and i9-13900KS and I always get lower FPS in games compared to those videos, and I can't figure out why.

I ran a 3DMark benchmark and my CPU scores (16 threads and max threads) are lower than average. I'm not into overclocking; I'm just trying to figure out why my rig isn't performing 100%

(i reset my BIOS settings and only enabled XMP)
