I want to slightly Undervolt my 13700k and I dunno how to go about it, is it enough to just use VCore Offset -50mV or does the Undervolt Protection prevent it?

I would just do what I saw in this Video, but with Power Limit since I only need enough Watt for Gaming.
Also I read that some say I have to change Load Line Calibration and some sort of AC DC Numbers for it to work? I dunno how any of that actually works.
